Order Cancellations Most orders placed by 1:00pm PT are shipped the same day. We make every effort to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible, and therefore can not guarantee that you can cancel your order after it has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please call Party Rock customer service at 1-(877) 847-4999 and we will do our best to stop your order before it ships.
Defective products If you believe your new item is defective, please email customer support at melissa [at] partyrock.com or call Party Rock customer service at 1-877-847-4999. immediately to report your issue.
Damage during shipping If a shipping carrier is attempting to deliver an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping, you may refuse to accept delivery of that item(s) at the time of delivery. You must note clearly on any receiving ticket from the shipping carrier which item(s) were damaged. If you accept delivery of items and sign for the items as "ok," we can not help you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
If a package was delivered to you damaged and no signature was required at the time of delivery, please keep all of the packaging materials, and if possible, take pictures of the damaged product AND the packaging in which it was shipped. Then, immediately email customer support at melissa [at] partyrock.com or call Party Rock customer service at 1-877-847-4999. to report your damage.
Shipping refunds If you paid for expedited delivery and did not receive your package on-time, you may be eligible for a shipping refund. Please email customer support at melissa [at] partyrock.com or call Party Rock customer service at 1-877-847-4999 to report your issue.
Product returns and refunds If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returned or exchanged products must be in new and unworn condition. Unworn merchandise includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if the item(s) exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received. Due to health restrictions, intimate items such as bathing suits, earrings, underwear and/or lingere are not eligible for return or exchanges.
ALL returns and exchanges must be sent back with a pre-approved RMA number. Returns of some merchandise sold on the Party Rock website require a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price. Email customer support at melissa [at] partyrock.com or call Party Rock customer service at 1-877-847-4999 to report to determine if your product is eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on returned and/or exchanged products unless pre-approved by Party Rock customer service.
All items returned or exchanged must be in new condition and in their complete original packaging. Items which have been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. Party Rock retains the right to make all final decisions in regard to the condition of the merchandise.
If your product is eligible for a return or exchange, please use the return shipping label enclosed with your order and be sure to fill in your assigned RMA number.
